All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.
It typically takes 3 days for shirts and hoodies, 4 to 6 days for all over print hoodies, 5 days for Fleece Blankets, 5 days for Bathroom Décor, 4 to 6 days for Car Seat Covers to print, dry, sew, quality assure, and ship out orders. When orders are being shipped out, we will send an email with tracking information. Most orders will arrive in 2 weeks of placement.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your tracking number email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Buyer error in writing the shipping address so that the shipping service company returns the package sent to us, in that case the CONSUMER HAS NO RIGHT TO REQUEST A MONEY REFUND.
In that case also we will not send the product back to consumers.
The package containing the returned product will be donated directly to GOODWILL, AMVETS or THE AMERICAN LEGION. So that the case is considered finished because of buyer error.
