RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please be advised that all of our products are made to order, so if you receive your item and it is damaged then we will require a photo of the damaged item. If we find it to be damaged from the photo, we will be happy to furnish you with a replacement product or you may receive a refund. If your item has a bad print design then we will require a photo of the bad graphic and we will review the photo. If we deem that you do in fact have a bad print graphic, then we will be happy to send you a replacement product. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, unopened with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@wallacegraphictees.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds typically take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Bad print graphic, we send exchanges only
- You ordered the wrong size item
